  • Due to the automated nature of our customized diet plans, refunds are not available unless there is a proven issue with service delivery.
  • If a user has not received their diet plan, they must first check their inbox and spam folder before requesting a resend.
  • Users can request a resend of their plan at no additional charge through their profile.

2. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Customers agree to contact us first before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card issuer. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.

3. Exceptions for Refunds

  • If an incorrect plan is delivered due to a system error, we will correct the issue.
  • If payment is processed but no service is delivered, users must first contact us via email within 3 days of purchase. If the issue remains unresolved, they may request a refund within an additional 3 days.

4. Medical Disclaimer

  • Our diet plans are AI-generated and do not involve medical professionals.
  • We do not provide medical advice or consider individual medical conditions in our dietary recommendations.
  • If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, you must consult a healthcare professional before using our services.
  • Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

We are not responsible for any health complications resulting from the use of our diet plans.

Due to the personalized digital nature of our plans, refunds are generally not provided once the plan has been created and delivered.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and will only be considered in cases of:
– duplicate payment
– technical error resulting in non-delivery
– accidental multiple charges
Delivery is considered complete once the plan has been emailed.
