3. Exceptions for Refunds

  • If an incorrect plan is delivered due to a system error, we will correct the issue.
  • If payment is processed but no service is delivered, users must first contact us via email within 3 days of purchase. If the issue remains unresolved, they may request a refund within an additional 3 days.

  • We do not provide medical advice or consider individual medical conditions in our dietary recommendations.
